1. Event Admission and Registration
To attend the Ceiling Breakers Conference, you must complete registration and payment. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your ticket grants you access only to the event and services specified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
2. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
There are no refunds for any reason.
You may transfer your ticket to another attendee by emailing Ceilingbreakersco@gmail.com with the new name and contact information.
3. Event Changes
Ceiling Breakers Co. reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, schedule, speakers, or format if necessary. This may include transitioning the event to virtual if circumstances require it.
If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
4. Personal Responsibility and Liability
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes. Ceiling Breakers Co., Kristi Harrison, HSC Wellness, and event speakers are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or decisions made based on information provided at the event.
You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the event.
5. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
The content shared at the Ceiling Breakers Conference is for educational and motivational purposes only. Nothing provided should be considered medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You agree to consult with qualified professionals regarding any personal decisions in these areas.
Attendance does not create a practitioner-client or coach-client relationship with Kristi Harrison or HSC Wellness.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials presented at the event, including slides, handouts, videos, logos, branding, and teachings, are the intellectual property of Ceiling Breakers Co. or the respective speakers.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share event content without written permission.
7. Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, you grant permission for Ceiling Breakers Co. to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and testimonials of you for promotional or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

Violations may result in removal from the event without refund.
